Terms & Conditions
These terms set out how we, Eden Window Cleaning Ltd, provide our services to you. By booking a clean with us, or by being on our regular round, you agree to these terms. Please read them, and if anything is unclear just ask us.
1. Who we are

2. Our services
We provide exterior cleaning services including window cleaning, gutter clearing, fascia and soffit cleaning, conservatory roof cleaning and solar panel cleaning. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, window cleaning includes the glass, frames, sills and door to the front and back of your property.
3. Quotes and prices
Any quote we give is based on the information you provide and, where possible, what we see at the property. If the job turns out to be larger or more involved than expected, we will discuss any change in price with you before carrying out the work. Prices may be reviewed from time to time, and we will give you reasonable notice of any change to your regular price.
4. Regular rounds
Most customers are on a regular round, usually every six weeks. There is no fixed-term contract, you are free to stop at any time. We will always do our best to keep to your schedule, but the exact day can shift slightly due to weather, holidays or circumstances outside our control.
5. Access
So we can clean the whole property, please make sure we have safe and clear access on your clean day, including unlocking any side gates and moving anything that blocks a window. If we cannot safely reach part of the property, we will clean what we can and let you know. If we cannot gain access at all, we may charge for a wasted visit where we have not been given reasonable notice.
6. Weather
We use a pure water system, so light rain does not affect the quality of the finish and we will usually clean as normal. We will only postpone in genuinely unsafe conditions, such as high winds, storms, ice or snow. If we postpone, we will rearrange as soon as we reasonably can.
7. Cancelling or skipping a clean
If you need to skip or cancel a clean, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit so we can plan our round. You can cancel your regular service at any time by telling us, and we just ask that you settle any outstanding balance for cleans already carried out.
8. Payment
Payment is due once each clean has been carried out, using the method we agree with you when you join. We will let you know if a payment has not reached us. We reserve the right to pause future cleans where there is an unpaid balance.
9. Our satisfaction promise
We want you to be happy with every visit. If something is not right, please tell us within 24 hours of the clean and we will return to put it right at no extra cost. This sits alongside, and does not affect, your legal rights as a consumer.
10. Insurance and liability
We are fully insured and we take real care at your property. We are happy to put right any damage that is directly caused by our negligence. However, we cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing faults or wear, such as failed or leaking window seals, blown double glazing units, loose or rotten frames, painted-shut or faulty windows, or loose fittings, which can show up or worsen during a normal clean. If you know of any such issues, please tell us beforehand so we can take extra care or avoid that area.
11. Complaints

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies. We will give reasonable notice of any significant change that affects your service.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
