We clean on a regular six-weekly round, so your windows are kept consistently clean without you having to think about it. We will always let you know when we are due to visit.
Pure water has had the minerals filtered out of it. We clean your glass with it using extending poles, and because there is nothing left in the water it dries to a clear, streak-free finish all on its own. No need for squeegees or chemicals, and your frames and sills get cleaned too.
Yes, every visit. The pure water pole system lets us scrub the frames and sills as well as the glass, so the whole window looks its best, not just the panes.
Yes. Unless you tell us otherwise, we clean front and back every visit. We just need safe access to the rear, so please make sure gates are unlocked on your clean day.
Light rain does not affect the finish, because pure water dries clear anyway, so we usually carry on. We will only reschedule if conditions are genuinely unsafe, such as high winds or ice, and we will let you know if we do.
We keep it simple. You can pay easily after each clean without needing cash on the doorstep. We will let you know the options when you join the round.
Yes, we are fully insured, so you and your home are covered while we work.
No, you do not need to be in. As long as we have safe access to the front and back, we can clean and let you know when we are done. Lots of our customers are out at work when we call.
Just tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and put it right, no quibble. We want you to be genuinely happy with every visit.
We are based in Doncaster and cover the town and surrounding villages including Balby, Bessacarr, Cantley, Armthorpe, Sprotbrough, Tickhill and Bawtry. If you are not sure we reach you, just ask.
