Full Interior Redesign for Keepmoat’s Head Office in Doncaster
The project involved reimagining a 5,000 sq ft ground floor workspace for 74 employees.
District Four meticulously reconfigured layouts to maximise efficiency while creating dedicated areas for collaboration and focused work. Furniture selection prioritised ergonomic solutions – office chairs, desks, and storage – balancing comfort with aesthetic coherence.
The team integrated energy-efficient LED lighting with acoustic wall treatments in the meeting room and hanging acoustic fixtures in breakout spaces. Keepmoat’s brand identity was embedded throughout via colour schemes, graphics, and signage.
Office Reception Refurbishment for Coster
Coster approached District Four Design looking to refresh their reception area to better reflect their brand and create a more welcoming first impression for visitors and staff. The existing space had become dated and lacked modern visual impact.
Rather than a complete redesign, the approach focused on targeted upgrades: full redecorating for a cleaner environment, new reception desk and seating furniture, branded signage installation, and bespoke joinery with acoustic wall panels.
The outcome transformed the reception into a clean, professional and contemporary welcome without altering the existing layout. The space now feels brighter, more organised and aligned with the company’s brand.
