Office Design and Fit Out for Peak Group
Peak Group relocated to new premises and required help converting an empty space into a functional, branded workplace.
District Four Design addressed their challenge through smart space planning that mapped workflows and defined zones for focus, collaboration, and meetings. The approach emphasised practical details including acoustic treatments, biophilic design elements, and carefully selected flooring.
External signage was designed to establish a strong first impression. Furniture was sourced and installed to accommodate various working styles and encourage natural movement through the space.
The outcome achieved balance between aesthetics and functionality.
Office Design and Fit Out for Fastline
Fastline’s team were working out of a dark, dated room within an industrial unit. The project required creating a brighter, more inspiring and far more functional environment with distinct zones for collaboration, focus work, and breaks.
The design approach involved intelligent spatial reorganisation that carefully reworked their current layout to get the most out of the limited space, thoughtful furniture curation providing a full furniture package that complemented the material palette, and strategic glazed partitioning to divide the areas without blocking light.
Finishing touches included acoustic treatments and brand-focused wall graphics. The completed space delivers enhanced functionality, improved natural light flow, and dedicated areas previously unavailable to the team.
