Aspire PC faced a disjointed layout that lacked designated zones and didn’t reflect their modern business approach. Key areas like kitchens and breakout spaces were underutilised and impractical.

The design approach involved three main strategies: strategic space planning creating clearly defined zones with a reception area, brand-aligned aesthetics using complementary wall colours, and a collaborative breakout space serving dual purposes for lunch breaks and informal meetings.
