To make sure your pup gets the best possible experience, here are a few things to keep in mind before your appointment.
Health and Behaviour
Please let us know about any health conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or behaviour issues your dog may have. This helps us prepare and ensures we can give your pup the safest, most comfortable groom possible.
Your Preferred Style
If you have a particular look in mind, tell us about it when you book or bring a reference photo along to your appointment. We are happy to work with you to achieve exactly the style you want.
Vaccinations
For the safety of all dogs in our care, we ask that your dog's vaccinations are up to date before their appointment. If you are unsure, please check with your vet beforehand.
Deposits
We require a deposit for all bookings to secure your slot. This helps us manage our diary and ensures we can dedicate the right amount of time to your dog's groom.
Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change, but as a small, home-based business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a real impact. Please keep the following in mind:
- Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
- No-shows without any notice will forfeit their full deposit.
- If you are running late, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you.
